Your Teachers
Paulina Gostomski
Yogini / Meditator / Co-founder of Ananda Forest + Director Amaratva Yoga / Certified by Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500HR
Paulina's journey with yoga began around 2003 as a physical practice, but everything shifted after attending a first 10-day silent retreat in 2011. Since then, yoga in all its facets has been at the heart of her life and work. Paulina has both participated in and facilitated silent meditation retreats, yoga modules, teacher trainings, and workshops across Mexico and Europe, almost continuously since 2003.

She has lived, studied, and taught at Hridaya Yoga in Mexico for one year and in France for two years.

Deeply inspired by the transformative power of meditation and yoga, Paulina loves sharing the depth and light this path has brought into her life. What continues to fuel her passion is witnessing the peace and personal transformation it offers people from all walks of life.

She has studied with many teachers, completed two 200-hour teacher trainings, and in 2017 graduated from the 500-hour Hridaya Teacher Training Course. Teaching since 2012 and remaining a lifelong student of life, she now lives at Ananda Forest in Órgiva, Spain, after years of traveling the globe.

Flavien
Yogi / Meditator / Kirtan lover / Certified by Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500HR
Flavien is a French seeker dedicated to the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and creative expression. His journey began in Peru, where he was captivated by the profound stillness of Hridaya Yoga. After years of immersion in silent retreats, he solidified his path by completing teacher trainings in both Hatha and Hridaya Yoga.
Deepening his practice through the sacred art of kirtan and bhajan, Flavien now bridges the gap between stillness and expression. He shares this passion by hosting online creative courses designed to help others unlock their potential. His mission is to bring presence into every aspect of life, using yoga and creative flow as gateways to deeper awareness.

Search inside if you can, not outside."
