We are a very diverse and open-minded community and love to learn from other cultures. We encourage volunteers to come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and contribute to our community.

We are looking for community-minded, hardworking, respectful, and helpful people to join us on our adventure.

The Work

Daily tasks generally cover the maintenance and running of the Yoga Retreat. Your daily work depends on what skills you have or what you’d like to do (or learn how to do).

We are looking for people with the following skills:

Cooking
Permaculture and gardening
Carpentry & maintenance
Yoga & meditation teachers
Housekeeping & cleaning
Office (emails, bookings, phone calls, guest relations)
Marketing (social media posts and engagement, graphic design, photography, copy, strategies, etc.)

At the moment, we have two working models: 2 hours a day work in exchange for a tent and the use of facilities or 5 hours a day work in exchange for meals, a tent and the use of facilities. We work for five days on and two days off.

We like for people to stay for a minimum of 3 weeks to become part of our community.

General Info

We do not offer flights, travel insurance, personal insurance, internal transport, visa
The minimum age is 21 years +
You need to have documentation or a visa that allows you to work in Spain (EU)
We only accept volunteers for the full chosen period
